The new pool will seem to have been born with the Palace, a basin perfectly integrated thanks to the use of ancient stones found in the garden that traced paths left to testify to stolen kisses and love escapes. Passion and love for historic palaces
For us, restoring palaces and historic homes has always been a passion. Led by Raphael, Romina’s husband, who has made this his profession, we decided to invest in Puglia after many experiences in France. This region represents the origin for both Raphael, whose father Giuseppe is from Santeramo in Colle, and for Leonardo, Giovanna’s husband, who was born and raised in Troia before moving to Milan for work.
Guido and Marzia, the northernmost of the group, fell in love with Apulia and especially, all of them, in love with Palazzo Villani Lubelli.
The essence of the Palazzo Villani Lubelli project stems from the will of us friends, a cohesive group made up of 3 families who have always walked the paths of true friendship, staying united and helping each other in all the situations that life has placed before us.
United by different life experiences but bound by an unwavering affection, we are committed to the renovation of this 18th-century mansion, respecting its historical soul.
